ClearMyTracks refund policy
Last modified: September 21, 2026
If you're not satisfied with ClearMyTracks for any reason, you can get a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days.
How do I request a refund?
Paddle, our reseller and the merchant of record for every order, handles refunds. Request one either way:
- Request a refund at paddle.net
- Use the refund link in the Paddle receipt for that payment
Which payments can I get back?
- Your first payment after the free trial: within 30 days
- A charge for added seats: within 30 days
- A monthly or annual renewal: within 14 days
You get the full amount back, not a prorated share.
When does the refund window start?
On the day of the payment. You aren't charged during your 14-day free trial, so for your first payment the clock starts when the trial ends.
Where does the money go?
Paddle returns it to the payment method you paid with.
What happens to my workspace?
If your plan payment is refunded, your workspace becomes read-only right away. You can still view your data, but you can't add or change it or send email. If only a charge for added seats is refunded, we remove those seats and everything else keeps working.
Does cancelling get me a refund?
No—cancelling and refunding are separate. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. To get money back for a payment, request a refund.
